Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-publish and post-publish quality control checks on digital assets to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with content partners to identify defects, request corrected assets, and ensure timely delivery before scheduled launch dates.
• Monitor and resolve publishing blockers in the downstream vending pipeline to maintain smooth content distribution workflows.
• Proactively raise potential risks or blockers to management to prevent project delays and ensure operational efficiency.
• Address post-publish content issues reported through customer support tickets within defined service level agreements.
• Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and workflow tools to ensure proper task visibility and progress tracking.
• Consistently meet service level agreements, productivity targets, and quality goals while following established procedures.
• Support end-to-end content lifecycle management from initial ingestion through final availability on Prime Video platforms.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless content publishing operations and optimal viewer experience.
