About Hiring365

I’m Yash Borekar, the creator of Hiring365 and an IT professional based in Pune, Maharashtra. I currently work at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee and hold a degree in Computer Engineering. Hiring365 is my independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cognizant. I started Hiring365 after seeing how fragmented fresher job discovery can be across company career pages, job portals, social posts, and forwarded messages.

The goal is simple: make opportunities easier to discover and easier to verify, while giving freshers practical guidance they can use before applying.

Hiring365 is independently operated and focuses on clear sourcing, direct employer links, and transparent separation between employer-confirmed information and Hiring365 guidance.

Hiring365 is a career information platform focused on helping students, freshers, and early-career professionals discover opportunities and prepare for employment.We publish job information, career guides, interview preparation resources, resume advice, skill-development content, and company-focused career information.When we publish a job opportunity, we aim to provide useful information such as the role, eligibility requirements, location, experience, skills, and application process. Whenever available, we direct candidates to the official company career or application page rather than asking candidates to submit personal information through Hiring365.Job information can change after publication. Candidates should always review the official employer’s application page for the latest requirements, availability, deadlines, and application instructions.
