The Story Behind Hiring365
I am Yash Borekar, a Computer Engineering graduate from Pune, Maharashtra. Like thousands of freshers who graduated in 2024 and 2025, I spent weeks after college doing the same frustrating thing every morning — opening 15 different tabs, checking TCS careers, then Infosys, then Wipro, then Capgemini, scrolling LinkedIn, reading through Naukri alerts that were already 3 days old, and realising by the time I found a drive, the deadline had passed. I built Hiring365 in early 2025 because I was tired of missing opportunities that nobody told me about in time. There was no single place where a fresher from Pune — or Nagpur, or Bhopal, or any tier-2 city — could check once a day and be confident they had not missed anything real. Hiring365 is that place.
What Hiring365 Does
Hiring365 is a career information platform focused on helping students, freshers, and early-career professionals discover opportunities and prepare for employment. We publish job information, career guides, interview preparation resources, resume advice, skill-development content, and company-focused career information. When we publish a job opportunity, we aim to provide useful information such as the role, eligibility requirements, location, experience, skills, and application process. Whenever available, we direct candidates to the official company career or application page rather than asking candidates to submit personal information through Hiring365. Job information can change after publication. Candidates should always review the official employer’s application page for the latest requirements, availability, deadlines, and application instructions.
