Roles & Responsibilities
- Genpact Process Associate: Handle customer queries, process transactions, maintain documentation, and ensure quality service delivery. Work in shifts including weekends as required.
- RealPage Jr Developer AI Engineer: Design, build, and scale AI applications in PropTech space, work with foundation models, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems. Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Panasonic SCM I: Manage supply chain operations, maintain inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- PTC Software Analyst: Analyze business requirements, design software specifications, bridge gap between business needs and technical solutions, and support testing and maintenance activities.
- Deloitte Project Controller- Associate Analyst: Manage invoicing processes, handle SWIFT transactions, ensure accuracy in financial processes, and maintain high-volume transaction workflows.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Genpact: Any Graduate (except law/diploma), freshers eligible, effective probing skills, problem-solving abilities, customer-centric approach, flexible schedule availability.
- RealPage: 0-2 years experience in Software Engineering/Machine Learning/Data Science, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, Python/JavaScript programming, REST APIs, SQL, Git, exposure to AI/ML concepts.
- Panasonic: Freshers or up to 2 years experience, strong attention to detail, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
- PTC: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, analytical skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, good communication skills.
- Deloitte: Graduate/Postgraduate in B.Com/BBA with financial background, 0-1.5 years experience in AR/AP processes, strong analytical skills, experience in managing high-volume transactions.
