Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Mphasis Jr. Trainee: Support the day-to-day activities of the wider PP team, ensuring delivery of an effective and high-quality PP service for the business. Complete work in an accurate and timely manner to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Calix Graduate Trainee – Technical Content Writing: Understand complex information and convert it into clear, structured, and easy-to-use content. Apply strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and AI tools to improve documentation and process understanding. Gain hands-on experience in a consulting-style, problem-solving environment.
• Junior Network Engineer: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and implementing AI strategies to enhance IT security. Work with Fortinet firewalls, Apple macOS, and JAMF. Handle complex IT issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the Security Operations Team.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills

• Mphasis Jr. Trainee: Degree educated, awareness of insurance and its role for businesses, good communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and aptitude and desire to learn.
• Calix Graduate Trainee: Completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field. Basic familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn more. Strong interest in technical writing or documentation as a career. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of technical concepts (software, hardware, or process-related) is a plus. Strong analytical and logical thinking. Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Open to feedback and continuously seeking improvement.
• Junior Network Engineer: Strong background in network administration and security. Proficiency in managing and maintaining Fortinet firewalls and network infrastructure. Ability to work with Apple macOS and JAMF. Ability to implement AI strategies for IT security operations. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex IT issues. Strong documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with IT Help Desk operations and employee IT training programs. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete technical writing for policies and job aids.
