Job Description
Cornerstone is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our Cloud Engineering Team. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while implementing CI/CD pipelines and leveraging AWS services. The position is ideal for freshers (2023-2026 graduates) passionate about cloud technologies and eager to work in a fast-paced global environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Cloud Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java.
- CI/CD Implementation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- AWS Integration: Leverage AWS services including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and Cognito to create scalable solutions.
- AI/ML Exploration: Integrate AWS AI/ML capabilities into applications to drive innovation and functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Database Management: Write and maintain SQL/NoSQL queries, schemas, and stored procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams through code reviews and technical discussions.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (2023-2026 graduates eligible).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET/Java development.
- Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
- DevOps Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Database Proficiency: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB) databases.
- Additional Skills: Understanding of cloud security principles, performance optimization, and AWS AI/ML services.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and excellent communication skills.
