Job Description
We’re hiring Junior Data Scientists to support our analytics team in transforming healthcare data into actionable insights. This work-from-home role offers freshers hands-on experience with AWS data tools (Redshift, QuickSight) while solving real-world challenges in revenue cycle optimization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, automate reporting, and uncover trends that directly impact patient care efficiency and practice profitability. This position requires working during US Eastern Time business hours with necessary infrastructure support.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and manage datasets using Amazon Redshift while ensuring data quality and consistency for analytics
- Visualization Expertise: Develop interactive Amazon QuickSight dashboards to visualize KPIs, trends, and business insights
- Analytical Support: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate ad-hoc reports for operational decision-making
- Workflow Automation: Design automated reporting pipelines to improve team efficiency and data accessibility
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to validate data and implement solutions
- Continuous Improvement: Research AWS analytics advancements and propose visualization enhancements
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight, proficiency in SQL, understanding of Redshift data pipelines
- Programming: Basic Python/R skills preferred (pandas, NumPy, ggplot)
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to data patterns and outliers
- Communication: Ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Infrastructure: i5/i7 processor, 16GB+ RAM, 25+ MBPS internet with mobile backup
- Certifications (Preferred): AWS Data Analytics, QuickSight Author, or Cloud Practitioner
