Job Description
Kaleris is seeking passionate BE/BTech freshers to join our Chennai team as Software Engineering Interns. This role offers hands-on experience in developing next-generation transportation and logistics software for the marine industry. You’ll work in an Agile environment to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions. The internship provides excellent opportunities for technical and functional career growth while working alongside experienced Developers, Quality Engineers, and Product Managers.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Software Development: Contribute to designing and developing scalable software solutions using Java/C++
- Agile Practices: Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and daily standups
- Database Management: Work with RDBMS systems like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Quality Assurance: Assist in writing unit tests and participating in code reviews
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and QA Engineers
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (2024 passouts preferred)
- Programming: Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java/C++
- Database Knowledge: Understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Communication: Good verbal and written English skills
