Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Mphasis Jr. Trainee: Support day-to-day activities of the wider PP team, ensuring delivery of effective and high-quality PP services for the business. Complete work in accurate and timely manner to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs, maintain documentation, and contribute to team objectives.
• Calix Graduate Trainee – Technical Content Writing: Understand complex technical information and convert it into clear, structured, easy-to-use content. Apply analytical thinking and effective communication skills to improve documentation and process understanding. Work on documentation projects using AI tools and gain hands-on experience in a consulting-style environment.
• Experience Junior Network Engineer: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensure seamless operations, and implement AI strategies to enhance IT security. Work with Fortinet firewalls, Apple macOS, and JAMF systems. Handle complex IT issues, create technical documentation, and coordinate with Security Operations Team.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills

• Educational Qualification: Degree educated for Mphasis position; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or related field for Calix position.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with AI tools, understanding of network administration and security, proficiency in managing Fortinet firewalls, experience with Apple macOS and JAMF.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to complete technical writing for policies and job aids, strong documentation skills.
• Personal Attributes: Awareness of insurance and its role for businesses, ability to work independently and as part of a team, aptitude and desire to learn, strong analytical and logical thinking, eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
