Roles & Responsibilities
- Survey and Data Collection: Collection of survey and soil data for project sites, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information gathering for project planning and execution.
- Design and Drawing Preparation: Design and preparation of design & drawings of all Civil & steel structural works, utilizing engineering principles and industry standards to create detailed technical documentation.
- Technical Specifications: Preparation of technical specification and Bill of quantities for various project components, ensuring accurate cost estimation and material requirements.
- Tender Documentation: Putting together specification and requirements for issue of tenders for civil/structural works contracts, facilitating transparent and competitive bidding processes.
- Design Review: Review of design/drawing submitted by consultants, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Site Support: Site support of civil work including site visit within the project timeline, providing technical guidance and monitoring progress.
- Quality Inspection: Inspection of work at site during execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Site Execution: Site execution of civil work within the timeframe and within the budget, managing resources and timelines effectively.
- Quantity Reconciliation: Reconciliation of quantities to ensure accurate billing and cost control.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Technical Skills: Basic abilities in MS Excel for Fresh Graduates/Intermediate abilities in MS Excel for experienced candidates, with proficiency in other relevant software tools.
- Computer Literacy: Computer Literate with the ability to use various software applications for design, documentation, and communication.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Good Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
