Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
- Technology Training: Complete intensive onboarding programs in IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and multi-technology environments
- Client Support: Handle technical queries via phone/email while adhering to SLAs in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Process Execution: Follow documented procedures for incident management, problem resolution, and service requests
- Collaboration: Work with global teams to deliver seamless IT support across time zones
- Skill Development: Continuously upgrade technical competencies through company-sponsored certifications
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Academic Qualification: Full-time 3-year graduates (2024/2025 passouts) with minimum 50% in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation
- Exclusions: Engineering graduates and candidates who attended LTIMindtree drives in last 6 months are ineligible
- Gap Policy: Maximum 2-year academic gap permitted with valid documentation
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and ITIL framework
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written English skills for global client interactions
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate anywhere in India and work night shifts
