Roles & Responsibilities

  • Vendor Onboarding Management: Conduct comprehensive vendor onboarding processes, ensuring all new vendors meet EY’s compliance standards and risk management requirements through the BRIDGE process.
  • Risk Compliance Oversight: Monitor and enforce risk compliance protocols, conducting thorough assessments of vendor profiles and ensuring adherence to EY’s global risk management framework.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams including procurement, risk management, research, Independence, and finance to ensure seamless process execution and timely completion of all onboarding activities.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all vendor onboarding and compliance activities, ensuring proper documentation is stored and easily accessible for audit purposes.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with service line requestors to gather, validate, and document specific requirements for vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high standards of quality in all operations.
  • Communication Management: Handle service line communications in English and manage vendor email communications in Spanish, ensuring clear and professional correspondence with international stakeholders.
