Roles & Responsibilities
- Content Management Support: Provide daily support for content postings and page updates on the web platform using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
- Website Deployment & Maintenance: Manage and oversee the deployment, maintenance, and development cycle of websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Content Optimization: Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for user engagement and SEO, enhancing the overall digital presence.
- Visual Design Implementation: Implement and modify website layouts/interfaces and enhance visual design using HTML and Adobe Photoshop, creating visually appealing digital experiences.
- Workflow Management: Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content, maintaining consistency and quality across all digital platforms.
- Brand Guidelines Application: Develop a strong understanding of online brand guidelines and apply them consistently across all digital touchpoints.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Education: Graduates or Postgraduates with marketing specialization is preferable, though candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis and reporting, demonstrating a strong foundation in digital technologies.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred), along with proficiency in HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines; attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
