Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage technical issues of varying complexity and criticality in a fast-paced environment
• Provide first-level problem diagnosis and resolve 90% of issues independently before escalation
• Make informed decisions on when to escalate priority 1 or 2 issues to senior team members
• Create and follow structured work plans while adhering to Change Management policies and documentation requirements
• Perform daily operational checks, monitor event management alerts, and assist with automation initiatives
• Conduct server maintenance during scheduled windows, including after-hours and weekend support as needed
• Support 24x7x365 On-Call operations to maintain customer Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server instances across development, staging, and production environments
• Maintain and update technical runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent operations

Eligibility Criteria

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Windows system administration with hands-on experience in Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025)
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, preferably VMware for enterprise infrastructure management
• Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for user account and permission management
• Programming and scripting skills in Python and PowerShell for automation and system management tasks
