Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual audits following standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are maintained across operational processes.
  • Resolve outlier cases by researching and analyzing data from various internal systems and tools to identify root causes.
  • Review videos, images, and other multimedia content to make informed decisions based on established guidelines and procedures.
  • Analyze customer calls and emails to identify recurring issues and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
