Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the Service Desk for end-users reporting IT issues.
  • Log, track, and resolve Service Desk tickets accurately and within defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
