Roles & Responsibilities
- AI-Assisted Development: Use GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools to enhance coding productivity, improve debugging, refactoring, and documentation, and generate optimized test cases using AI tools.
- Full Stack Development: Build responsive UI components with React.js, develop REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js, and integrate frontend and backend efficiently to create seamless user experiences.
- Version Control & Collaboration: Work with GitHub repositories, manage pull requests and branching strategies, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and team collaboration.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, improve system reliability, and enhance scalability using AI-driven insights to ensure optimal application performance.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of React.js (ES6+ / TypeScript), experience with Node.js and Express.js, basic understanding of Java & Spring Boot, familiarity with REST APIs, knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB, exposure to GitHub workflows, and hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
