Roles & Responsibilities
- Java Trainee Responsibilities: Assist in designing, developing, testing, and debugging Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices and coding standards. Participate actively in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contribute to requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases.
- QA Trainee Responsibilities: Support quality assurance activities including test planning, test case development, and execution of test scenarios. Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
- Project Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality outcomes. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
