Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound & Outbound Customer Interactions: Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, as well as make outbound calls when required to follow up on customer queries or provide updates on service requests.
  • Resolve Customer Queries and Service Requests: Efficiently address customer questions, concerns, and complaints by providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions within established guidelines and timeframes.
  • Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism. Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to resolve issues and create positive experiences.
  • Accurately Document Interactions in CRM Systems: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company’s CRM system. Ensure data integrity and follow proper documentation protocols.
  • Escalate Complex Issues When Required: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or senior team members when necessary. Follow up on escalated cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet Quality, Productivity & Performance Benchmarks: Achieve and maintain established performance metrics including call handling time, first call resolution, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators. Participate in regular quality assessments and coaching sessions.

Eligibility Criteria & Skills

  • Basic Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any discipline. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. On-site role is mandatory, and immediate joiners are preferred.

  • Willingness to Work in Night Shifts: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements. Adaptability to changing work schedules and commitment to meeting customer needs across different time zones.
